Maine’s Arts Education Census

Completing the Survey 
The survey must be completed on-line. Please note that while taking the survey you will not be able to go back to an earlier answer nor to stop the survey temporarily and return to it. We recommend that you first review a pdf version of the survey and prepare any information you  need to complete the survey. Then follow the link to complete the on-line survey. 

1. View/download the PDF version here of the survey for elementary or middle/high-school.

2. Gather information you need to complete the survey.

3. Complete the on-line survey.
   Elementary arts teachers complete the survey. You will have until April 29, 2008, to complete the survey.

4. Select a special offer [SPECIAL OFFERS]from Maine’s arts and cultural organizations as a thank-you for completing the survey.
